Job Overview
As an Experienced Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support services to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant difference in our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support services to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns - Offer solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs and exceed expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills - Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor - Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset - Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software - Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) - Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) - Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication - High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity - Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed - Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
