Job Responsibilities

As a Benefits Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary goal will be to help clients understand their insurance benefit options, answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies, and schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers. You'll also be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Entry-Level Qualifications
