Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and retention
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase sales revenue
- Assisting customers with remedies to retain business and resolve issues
- Utilizing gamification tools to measure performance and drive engagement
- Working in a fast-paced environment with heavy call volume during peak season
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Excellent customer service soft skills, including empathy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
- An appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
- Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
