Job Summary
As a remote data entry clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, conducting online research studies, and participating in product testing and focus groups. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from home and choose your own hours. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
- Conduct online research studies, including product testing and focus groups
- Participate in online surveys and opinion panels
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with online research studies and product testing
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Pay and Benefits
