Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from clients and prospects
- Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to clients
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues
- An upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including all levels of management and employees
- Good computer skills, with experience using software applications and systems
- Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
