Job Description

As an Online Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive prompt, professional, and well-spoken responses to their inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, taking into account their preferences, budget, and lifestyle
  • Conceptualizing and understanding the psychology of internet customers to effectively set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Checking email frequently and responding to inquiries immediately
  • Delivering inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Collaborating with Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction during the dealership experience

Skills and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with flexible hours ranging from 8:30am to 7pm (or any variation during open business hours)
  • Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on hitting sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
