Experienced Customer Support Associate – US Remote Insurance Services

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our US Remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll work with customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to answer questions, make changes to insurance policies, and counsel customers on their insurance needs. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to exceed their expectations and ensure their needs are met in the first interaction.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies by phone, email, text, and chat using several insurance company systems
- Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
- Assisting 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
- Working in a fun and collaborative team environment
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate and informed support
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Property & Casualty insurance license and at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous call center experience
- Empathy towards customer needs and a consultative approach to customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Spanish speaking a plus
