Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive salary range of $24 to $28 per hour, with a $2 shift differential.
