Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have prior customer service experience, and are passionate about delivering legendary service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
