Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customer complaints and issues, and will be responsible for resolving these issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies, coaching and developing team members, and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional customer service to clients

  • Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their customer service skills and performance
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure that arenaflex is providing the highest level of service to our clients

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar industry or with a similar company

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with process improvement and change management
