Job Summary

As a Crisis Chat & Text Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing crisis support services to individuals via chat and text messaging platforms. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that individuals receive timely and effective support, and that their concerns are addressed in a sensitive and non-judgmental manner. Key Responsibilities
