Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every interaction is positive, responsive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer. Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of customer service representatives in delivering exceptional experiences to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty - Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive growth and revenue - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and excellence

Essential Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a bilingual environment - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team performance - Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required) - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices - Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field - Experience with data analysis and reporting
