Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance goals
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
