Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
