Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our order entry and administration functions. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering manual orders into our system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate. This role requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow multiple processes and technical steps.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter manual orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Focus on data entry, with a high volume of orders to be processed daily
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems and processes
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
• Participate in cross-training programs to expand skills and knowledge
• Meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of related work experience in high volume data entry, order taking, admin clerk, or multiple and repetitive transaction encoding or info taking
• Background in a manufacturing or fast-paced, high volume, mass production environment
• Experience in an optical lab setting is preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

* Experience working in a clean room environment

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
