Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join its team in San Antonio, TX. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous, fair, and friendly manner

  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area and surrounding areas
  • Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store as needed
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or retail environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
