Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and contribute to the overall success of our Gilbert, AZ location.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote arenaflex products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, inventory management, and store maintenance

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a convenience store or retail environment

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience with customer service software and technology
