Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate - Temporary, you'll be responsible for providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout services to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Basic math skills, with accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
