Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our USA operations team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and ensure seamless customer experiences. - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and make informed recommendations. - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, resolving issues efficiently, and driving customer loyalty. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and product expertise. - Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals, share best practices, and support each other in delivering exceptional service.

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products. - Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services. - Certification in customer service or a related field. - Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling.
