Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information
• Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
