As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve technical issues, provide expert support, and ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat - Help customers resolve technical issues and concerns - Assist in correcting billing concerns and resolving customer complaints - Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications:

- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED - Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office - Proficiency in multiple systems on a PC and ability to pass technical assessments - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
