Job Summary

We're seeking an emerging customer service leader to join our team as a Customer Service Management Trainee in South Milwaukee, WI. Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Management Trainee, you'll have the chance to master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program. Your key responsibilities will include: - Mastering Customer Service Management: Develop a deep understanding of customer service principles, policies, and procedures through our comprehensive training program. - Leading a Team of Customer Service Representatives: Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by setting clear goals, evaluating team performance, and providing constructive feedback. - Improving Department Procedures: Review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and team productivity. - Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need: - Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. - Strong Customer Service Skills: A proven track record of customer-focused service, teamwork, and attention to detail. - Leadership/Management Experience: Prior leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Career Growth
