Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service to customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology
• Communicating with customers to resolve issues, answer product and pricing questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs
• Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering platform
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer complex questions and provide confident recommendations
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering platform
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
