Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team in Conroe, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth in our self-storage facilities. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities, including rent collection, customer service, and facility maintenance
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement
  • Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities
  • Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer information, and facility maintenance records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in a self-storage or retail environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in self-storage or a related industry

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
