Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to our customers, recommending items for sale, and modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. - Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.

Preferred Qualifications
