We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Logistics Manager – Transportation to join our Supply Chain Solutions division in Temple, TX. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading direct reports, managing daily operational goals, and driving customer satisfaction. Essential Functions:

* Customer service satisfaction and expectation management

  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
  • Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

Qualifications:

* H.S. diploma/GED required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
  • Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

Compensation Information:

* Pay Type: Salaried

  • Minimum Pay Range: $62,000
  • Maximum Pay Range: $65,000
