Job Summary

As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all engagement channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. You'll be the face of our brand, providing premium customer service and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Provide premium customer service on all engagement channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize your knowledge of French to communicate effectively with customers and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in French (written and spoken)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a retail or call center environment

  • Knowledge of the toy and entertainment industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and French)
  • Experience with customer service software and technology
