Job Summary

As the Senior Manager, MedTech Customer Experience Management Program NA TMO Lead (Project Butterfly), you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our customer experience management program in North America. You'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while also driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in North America

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer experience initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform customer experience decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the MedTech industry

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in customer experience management, MedTech, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and resources

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in customer experience management, MedTech, or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analytics tools
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
