Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a telecommunications or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
