Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our USA operations team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to end-users via live chat sessions, email, and phone calls. You'll work closely with our knowledge management team to resolve complex issues, create and update knowledgebase articles, and develop template responses to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end-users via live chat sessions, email, and phone calls - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using knowledgebase articles and template responses - Collaborate with the knowledge management team to create and update knowledgebase articles - Develop and maintain template responses to ensure consistent and effective issue resolution - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and knowledge management systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment, with knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and knowledge management systems - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Technical Support Specialist (CTSS) - Experience working in a multinational or global organization, with a strong understanding of cultural diversity and customer needs

Compensation and Benefits
