Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service
• Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
• Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
• Interacting with customers daily, providing friendly and helpful assistance
• Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Thinking creatively to solve problems and offer suggestions
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Your Skills and Qualities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Physical stamina to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination

• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Hiring Range

The hiring range for this position is $16.00 to $16.25 per hour.
