Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Preparing and serving food, including food preparation, packaging, and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Lifting and moving heavy objects, such as boxes and equipment, as needed
  • Working flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and some day shifts
  • Meeting sales and customer service targets, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and some day shifts

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a food service or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or vocational training
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish
  • Previous experience working in a team environment and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture
