Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our healthcare operations by accurately and efficiently managing patient data, medical records, and other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter patient data, medical records, and other administrative information into our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy by verifying and correcting errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication, data sharing, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to support healthcare operations and decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or computer science) preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field (e.g., medical records, healthcare administration, or customer service)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
