We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Promote arenaflex products and services, highlighting their benefits and features to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, using effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a convenience store or fueling station setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services an asset
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills an asset
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
