Your Role
As an Experienced Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Educating Clients on Tailored Benefit Solutions: Present our life and supplemental benefit solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
- Presenting to Clients on Zoom: Utilize your computer with a working webcam to present to clients, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Developing and Maintaining Long-Term Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Managing Client Portfolios with Accuracy and Professionalism: Ensure accurate and timely management of client portfolios, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Working Independently as Part of a High-Performing Team: Collaborate with our team of experts to drive business growth and achieve our goals.
Who We're Looking For
