Job Summary
As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive their medications in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work closely with our pharmacists and technicians to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement solutions to address any issues
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including our pharmacy services and health and wellness offerings
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, pharmacists, and other team members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good math skills, with the ability to accurately process prescriptions and handle cash transactions
Preferred Qualifications
