Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, orders, and transactions
  • Enter data into our CRM system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and data entry accuracy

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality records and data

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of customer service software, including ticketing systems and chat platforms
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
