Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
