Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you'll be responsible for managing data entry, customer service, and compounding pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities
* Manage data entry for patient records, prescriptions, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, customers, and healthcare professionals
- Assist with compounding pharmacy operations, including preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and inventory management
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in compounding pharmacy operations, customer service, or data management
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including compounding, inventory management, and data entry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals
- Proficient in data entry software and systems, including electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with pharmacy software and systems, including EHRs and pharmacy management systems
- Certification in pharmacy technology (CPhT) or compounding pharmacy (RPh)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for compounding pharmacy operations
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
