Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced retail or salon environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
