Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
