Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will work in support of the store management team to facilitate and perform a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking areas
  • Processing transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Assisting with inventory management, receiving shipments, and stocking shelves
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Collaborating with the store management team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and implement operational improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records, reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a retail or convenience store management role

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
