Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to join our team in Norwalk, CA. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, educating them on our products, and helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Educate clients on our products and services, and help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to educate clients on our products and services

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Certification in insurance sales or customer service
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
