Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Packaging Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on our packaging products and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, develop new packaging solutions, and improve existing products. Your expertise in packaging engineering, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will enable you to make a significant impact on our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our packaging products and services, including troubleshooting, product recommendations, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to resolve customer issues and develop new packaging solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, technical bulletins, and training materials.
• Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives, including design, testing, and launch.
• Provide input on packaging design and development, including material selection, packaging structure, and packaging functionality.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging engineering, with a focus on customer service and technical support.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, structures, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency in packaging design and development software, including CAD and simulation tools.
• Experience with industry standards and regulations, including FDA, USDA, and ISO.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in packaging engineering, with a focus on customer service and technical support.
• Experience with packaging design and development, including material selection, packaging structure, and packaging functionality.
• Knowledge of packaging testing and validation procedures, including ISTA and ASTM standards.
• Experience with packaging software, including ERP and CRM systems.
• Certification in packaging engineering or a related field.
