Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Working closely with the sales team to promote sales and service to customers
• Maintaining a high level of integrity and adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures
• Promoting the arenaflex Safety Culture and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and customers
• Participating in continuous training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Essential Functions:

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Promote the arenaflex Safety Culture and ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers
• Be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Maintain a high level of integrity and adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures
• Provide required information to customers as they enter the store, offering friendly and enthusiastic answers to their questions
• Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures at all times
• Work as a team towards housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned by the task list
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management
• Complete sales training and follow the arenaflex 5-Step Sales Model
• Engage in continuous training and education in all areas of the arenaflex business

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

• Be at least 18 years old (or 16 years old for Canada applicants)
• Have good people skills with an outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude
• Be able to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Be able to read, write, and speak in the English language
• Be proficient in automotive part/product identification and recognize parts and how they relate to our customer receipts
• Follow company dress code policy, maintaining a well-groomed, neat appearance to create a favorable impression with customers
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required

Physical Activities Required to Perform Essential Functions:

As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to:

• Stand, lift, walk, bend, and stretch regularly to perform customer care, product relocation, and placement, and environmental health and safety functions
• Maintain manual dexterity to perform housekeeping duties, such as mopping, sweeping, etc.
• Have sufficient vision to perform job functions safely
• Be able to work on feet (stand and walk) for assigned work shifts
