Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – B2B Solutions and Account Management at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to complex problems. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to B2B clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences - Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed solutions to clients - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high levels of customer retention and loyalty - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer complaints - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment - Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing principles - Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative) - Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
