Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and operational expertise
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or convenience store environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
