Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail, sales, or service-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with a passion for promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
