Job Summary

As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II at Arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in protecting our assets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our loss prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, as well as provide top-notch customer service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with the loss prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, as well as investigate and resolve any incidents that may occur
  • Conduct regular visual inspections of the sales floor and stockroom to identify and prevent potential losses
  • Collaborate with store management and associates to develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in loss prevention and customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, investigations, and loss prevention activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a retail loss prevention or customer service role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prevent potential losses
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely around the sales floor and stockroom

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail loss prevention or customer service role in a similar environment

  • Knowledge of loss prevention principles and practices, including shoplifting prevention and investigation techniques
  • Certification in loss prevention or a related field (e.g. LPC, CPP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
  • Experience working with technology, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail systems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
