Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their interactions with arenaflex
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Availability to work overnights, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with internal teams
